Centrifugation Details:

Speed: 3500-4000 RPM (2300-2500 RCF)

Time: 5 min

Procedure:

  1. Collect 10 ml of blood by vacuum draw or by syringe.
  2. Centrifuge the tube immediately within 2-3 min after collection of blood as per given speed and time.
  3. After centrifuge, collect fibrin gel for treatment and also collect liquid or plasma within tube for treatment.
  4. Dispose all contaminated tubes and syringes properly.
